My question involves court procedures for the state of: Washington.
I filed a civil case in Superior Court (KING COUNTY) and served two of the three parties. At present time I have not received answers from any parties who were properly served. In reading though the rules I realized that I am required to file a "Confirmation of Joinder of Parties and Issues in Civil" rule found here: https://www.kingcounty.gov/courts/cl...s/LCR_4o2.aspx
Question: At what point in the civil process does this need to be filed?
The case schedule states F+21, which I interpreted as 21 days after filing. I assume that it is 21 days after filing "mandatory pleadings".
Which brings me to my second question: What are the "mandatory pleadings"?
