My boyfriend has been going to court on 2 criminal charges since july of last year. Well he has 1 charge from Feb and 1 from july. He has been in court everytime but his lawyer has never been there. He has tried to contact him several times to no avail. he has never even met him. They keep putting him off. do we have good grounds to file for an ineffective assistance of counsel motion with the court?
