My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I received a ticket for parking along a green curb (in privet housing community) past the allowed time. However, there are no signs or writting on the curb telling you how long your allowed to park, simply just a green curb.
Does there have to be a sign or writting on the curb for them to actually enforce this?
