My question involves personal property located in the State of Mn
I lived with my father for four years and during that time I got a cat. When I moved into an apartment a few blocks away. My cat kept getting out and going to my dad's so we agreed it could just stay there. I buy her food and checked on her daily. She recently gave birth to six kittens. About a week ago I went to see them and they were gone. The mother was taken later that night. My sister said she taking the babies for shots but they are too young. Because she was my cat and I had an arrangement with my dad to keep her there , can I take her to court to get my cat back? I had homes lined up for all kittens? If anything happens to them can I have her held liable? Animal abuse or what not?
