Civil Procedure Issues: Can I Sue for Attorney Fees After This Case is Over

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Oklahoma

So i was summoned to court over distruction to private property.

A woman from my job that had more than "friends" feelings from me, filed charges on me saying i keyed her car.

i got the statement from the city procecutors office it says (this is word by word, my grammar is not this horrible)

" keyed my car after 12 am midnight, Mother went to throw out trash and saw a grey car get out vehicle. Didnt watch what she did becuase she dont know her. when i got up to go for a walk notice scratches on my car. then come in house an d told my mom then stated that she say grey vehicle pull up behind cars and did not pay attemtion. then she said car was grey but she did not know make and model. mom noticed a female walk behind her truck. when she picked me up from work asked did i say anything to her and i told her no"

Now all of a sudden i have to appear in court in a couple days and post an appearance bond or do a signature bond. It is 750$ , I have been charged. And could face jail time over this. I asked if this was all the evidence there was and they said yes.

I am going to hire a lawyer by my next court date (not the one in a couple days i dont have the funds until next pay day) and hopefully get this dismissed due to lack of evidence. Can i sue the woman afterwards for fees or sue her for anything? this is going to cost me over 1000$.
