Custody and Visitation Issues: Pathological Felon, Liar, and Drug User

My ex and residential parent lives with her mom. We have a shared parenting agreement w/no child support. She just put in a motion to modify and add child support. She has 9 criminal charges, 4 of those are felonies, and 2-3 are drug related. Their argument for this change is that I have reduced my visitation time. It was reduced because her mother started telling the kids she would pick them up earlier. My son has autism, so when she told them this, if she wasn't there earlier he would have bad anxiety and near panic attacks. During the fall she quit sending their backpacks so I could no longer take them to school. They also say they have always brought the kids to me. This is a blatant lie. I have driven to their house far more than they ever drove to mine. My neighbor is a retiree who babysit and is outside often and if she has ever seen their car at all it was not more than once, and I know their neighbors have seen my car. She has also violated the shared parenting agreement in many sections. My son has had many Dr appointments, and I was never notified when, where, the Dr name, or what was said. He is now on major medication I wasn't aware of until my visit time. He now takes an antidepressant, and an antipsychotic. I was not consulted or informed until well after. I have yet to receive a grade card, notification of parent teacher conferences, and her mother and her even tried to change his school without telling me. Took tours and had meetings without my knowledge. I have asked what the kids need multiple times, the only answer being money. She refuses to furnish invoices or receipts for anything just tries to tell me what I owe, so I haven't given her a thing. I would be happy to buy my kids things they need. School supplies, clothes, shoes, food, whatever... all she ever says they need is money. I do not want to hand a felon, and a thief with a drug problem money. Someone help. I don't have much money to begin with, I have another child now, and I don't know what to do. Help me!
