My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Pennsylvania
First, I've never sold a car privately so I am quite ignorant when it comes to this subject. This past week I sold my car to a very nice couple and I signed the title over to them. I didn't realize that my signature on the title needed to be notarized. I went to the bank today and the notary wanted me to sign the title again because he said that he couldn't notarize it unless he witnessed me actually signing the document. I signed the document again right next to my original signature. My question is, do you think the buyer will have an issue at the title agency with my signature being on the title twice?
