Hello,
last night my 17 year son was arrested for possession and evading arrest. I understand he broke the law but he was brought to the station and held without either myself or his mother being contacted. He asked several times to be allowed to make a phone call and was told no.
He is still technically a minor, shouldn't we have been notified of his arrest?
