I am buying a few acres from a land owner who was left the land in a will. The land has been transferred to their name. For the past few years the land owners sister has had a mobile home on it that she lived in. The sister has recently moved but left the mobile home, a truck and some personal belongings on the property. They have been notified to remove the property but unfortunately are extremely lazy and have yet to do so. What are my options for when I purchase the land, can I have all the property hauled off and disposed of?
