My question involves criminal law for : possession of a water pipe and grinder with marijuana inside. I am in Marysville Ohio, and I’m 17 1/2. I am wondering what I should expect when going to court as far as pentalties go. Police searched my car and found a water pipe and grinder with weed in the back of my car, before this I was charged with underage drinking and curfew. Now I’m not innocent but I was very polite when the officer asked to search the car and I’m very respectful when speaking to higher authorities such as a judge I had less than a gram of weed in the grinder I’m just trying to find out what I should expect.
