Probate Court Procedure: Selling of Real Estate Property in Dependent Administration

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of TEXAS

My question is whether in a Dependent Administration selling of real estate property could be requested by the court immediately after issuing the Letters of Administration or the P.R. has to wait for the inventory to be approved first.
