Premises Liability: Teeth Knocked Out

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: North Carolina

I was at a bar in November and had some trouble makers try to fight me multiple times.. I kept walking away, he even tried to fight me in front of a friend of mines dad (61 years old) who was the DD for my friends birthday at one point. Just wouldn't let the situation go. I slipped away again and cashed my tab and went to leave as I have a family, kids and a career.. And haven't been in a fist fight since I was 21 years old in college. As soon as I hit the parking lot there they were waiting. One (or more maybe I don't know) attacked me knocking me unconscious.. knocked out two teeth, breaking my jaw, and a knot on the back of my head and scraped up forehead. No witnesses.. Pretty sure the only witnesses was the ones that did it and whoever they were with. The bar did not have any security/bouncers that night and no cameras. Can I sue the bar for damages and medical expenses paid out of pocket since I can not prove who done it, and even if I knew they wouldn't admit to it when I have no witnesses.

Thank you,

Dave P
