Modification of Support: Can You Get a Child Support Petition Dismissed if It's Not Hand-Signed

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

I received a modification petition from my ex's attorney, but I noticed it was not physically signed by my ex (his attorney typed his name instead), and his attorney "notarized" it without using the notary seal. I have other valid reasons to file a pro-se Motion to Dismiss, but I just didn't know if I should also include the fact that it isn't signed. I can't find anything online that specifically states a petition requires a physical signature.
