Divorce: Married Twice to the Same Man, Bigamy Divorce Proceedings Started

I am a UK resident. I married my soon to be ex-husband in Florida in 2010, in 2012, we had a wedding in the UK.
Am I going to get in trouble?
I have started divorce proceedings using the 2010 date, I as wondering whether I could file for annulment for the second wedding in the UK?
