My question involves a person located in the state of: indiana
Normally the SSA assigns a seven year CDR to the mentally disabled. Especially for the specific disability in question.
In this guys case they gave him three years. He is really sweating it. Even though he is 100pct disabled he is worried they will screw him.
Is there any way to force the SSA to puch the CDR back to 7 years? Maybe equal protection?
