My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida
My mother somehow managed to rack up 3 red light camera violations and didn't pay any of them, so they all ended up going to the courts. Her license was suspended and she was later pulled over for driving with a suspended license (without knowledge), had her license taken away, and was given a court date. Court came, the judge dismissed the citation for driving on a suspended license, set a court date for all three red light camera tickets, and reinstated her license.
The court date is approaching and she cannot afford an attorney, so I'm trying to figure out her best course of action, and what to expect come the court date. I suppose the biggest question, and concern, is will her license get suspended again? Will they let her work out a payment plan?
It may or may not be worth mentioning but the city this happened in has since deactivated their red light cameras.
