Sales Agreements: Non disclosure of frame damage?

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California

My wife and I bought a frame damage car, the dealer had me sign documents disclosing the frame damage but my wife did not sign anything regarding frame damage. We are on the contract together and I'm on line one. Can my wife claim non disclosure because she didn't sign anything regarding the frame damage or does the fact that we're married or I'm on line one of the contract make it okay for the dealer to only have me sign papers showing the car is frame damage?
