My question involves personal property located in the State of: Ga
Long story short I lived with my ex for 2 years. There was a heated argument an I decided to leave cause I had 2 kids involved. They wouldn't allow me to get all my belongings that night, so I went back the next day to find a bunch of mine an my kids stuff packed an threw out on the porch. The ex says her mother did it that she wasn't even there when it happened. Well I noticed right off hand I had 2 things missing an when I asked about them she said they may have accidentally got put in her car. The ex goes to car a sure enough there are 2 of my belongings in her trunk. So I finished packing what I could see an find an left. Then when I started un packing our things I noticed more of my stuff was missing. I have a text from ex sister saying that she took back the mk make up bag she gave me. She said she bought it so it's hers. But her own sister (my ex) is even willing to stand up for me an say it was given to me. An the rest of my missing items the ex's mother is saying she don't know what happened to them. An again the ex is willing to say her own mother was the only one there messing with an packing our belongings. What can I do to get my belongings back?
