Termination: How Would a Minor Remove a Restraining Order

My question involves restraining orders in the State of California . Recently a family friend was arrested. When he was arrested I was in the car with him and his daughter they charged him for DUI , he wasn't drunk btw. Anyways the court filed a restraining order against him and now I can no longer see my friend or her family we are all very upset the restraining order is for three years !! My question is how would a minor remove that restraining order I turn 18 next year so if theres anyway I can do it as soon as possible please help me out.
