My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
I currently have a warrant. I paid off the initial balance thru the main court but haven't been able to pay off the court fees to the lower courts so it its my understanding that they hv now turned into warrants.
I need to take my daughter to get an ID now that she is 13 but I am not sure if I would be arrested when taking her.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
