1. We are looking to take photos of let's say a anime toy with the background of our front yard.
2. Post the picture on Instagram+website and within the post put the toys trademark OR copyright and state it's not our property, a link to who created the character etc.
Would we run into any issues if we did that?
Then my next question would be what if these specific photos we take become very popular because we're also showing off other things like how to create nice landscapes for your yard (but not selling that as were showing people how to do it for free but we do have Google ads on our website to make a profit off google ads) + we put up links of where consumers can purchase these toys let's say Disney.com or Amazon.com with our affiliate links. Would this be okay too?
