My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CALIFORNIA
I got a ticket for "driving in the bike lane"
Here is what happened: I had my google maps on which told me to make a right turn so I put my blinker on, and merged in to the bike/right lane to make my right, then my map reloaded and told me to make a right at the NEXT light, so I put my left blinker on to merge back into traffic.
Then the cop pulled me over for driving in the bike lane!
What else could I have done in this situation? Do I have a chance of getting out of this in court?
