Title Jumped and Odometer Fraud

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Michigan

I purchased a vehicle from a private seller, was told by this gentleman that there was only so many miles on it and that the title was in his father in law name for insurance purposes.

I took it in for an oil change and found out there was more miles on it then what the odometer read and what the seller told me. So I did some investigation work and found the original guy whose name is on the title. He said he sold the vehicle almost 3yrs ago. So I did some more digging and I found the seller on social media, claiming he sells cars for a living.

Can I sue the seller for title jumping and odometer fraud. I have a bill of sales, I have pictures of the said vehicle from 2 years ago from his social media page and I have proof that he sells vehicles for a living. Or am I stuck with this lemon?
