Suspension and Revocation: Denied Revocation Because Court Requires Classes but Won't Verify Which Class

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Arizona. My license was revoked in 2005. I filed a revocation packet in 2011. It was denied because the courts required Dui class. However no one at the court or probation office has been able to tell me how many hours are needed. Have been trying to get everything done but it seems more problems come up. Just want to get my license back.
