Sales Agreements: Assumed a Lease from Swapalease.com, Listing Falsely Advertised Mileage Allowance

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Florida

I assumed a lease on SwapALease.com. The listing showed that there was an allowance of 24,000 miles and that the car had 12,000 miles. After weeks of communication with the owner, I assumed the lease from him. He mentioned that he misplaced the original contract. NONE of the paperwork that I signed from Lexus Financial stated the mileage allowance. Now, after 8 months of driving the car over 15,000 miles, I come to find out that the ACTUAL mileage allowance was actually 22,500. I still have access to the listing that stated there was 24,000 miles allowed. Do I have a case to sue the original Leasee for false advertising? I will have to pay $0.25/mile I go over the allowance.

PS. I do understand that I made the mistake of not doing my due diligence, I have assumed 4 leases the same way and never had any issues- so i took it for granted. My mistake.

ANY help will be GREATLY appreciated!
