The issue I'm trying to address is whether or not I can be held legally responsible for buying discounted giftcards online. Most times discounted gift cards exist because people trade them between themselves, but sometimes it turns out they are stolen, but as a buyer one can't really know. So, I'm looking for legal advice on that. If i buy a card used it then came to know that it was stolen. what are my options?
