My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: New Jersey
We all know the laws regarding when to stop for a school bus. However what rules apply to the minivans or SUVs that are labeled school vehicles on the back. They pick up and drop off children however when they stop they can only put on their hazards . They have no red lights nor stop signs. Do motorists need to stop for these school cars as well?
