I am applying to a college that only accepts online recommendations. I have a paper letter of recommendation from a former professor who is retired. I am unable to contact him but I would like to submit his letter. On the online application, should I enter his name as reference, upload his letter, and sign his name to the form (since I have a signed letter from him) or should I sign my name to the form since I am the one uploading the letter?
