Can a 17 Year Old Drop Out of High School in Mi and Do Online School in Florida

My question involves education law in the State of: FLORIDA

I am 17 and thinking of dropping out of my school in MI. I would be moving to FL and I would have a steady job and a place to stay but I would like to continue my studies and get a high school diploma. Unfortunately I would not live with either parent. Am I allowed to enroll myself into FLVS (FL Virtual School) without parent consent?
