Service and Repair: Land Rover Dealership Messed Up Car, Stole Parts, Didn't Do Service I Paid For

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: TN

Until this point I've done all of my service at land rover dealership at west palm beach, but I took it to a land rover dealership in TN for service during holidays while visiting family there.

(1)car shakes like hell

After I got the car back, it literally feels like a earthquake. I contacted the dealer and he tries to sell me a wheel balancing job for $70. I tell him I had my wheels balanced a few months ago when I bought the aftermarket wheels, and it rode like a cloud the day I gave it to you. Nonetheless, I take it to a discount tire shop (where I bought tires as they do free balancing) and the tire shop tells me my balancing is "way off". The fixed balancing did help with the vibration some, but there is still quite a bit of shaking. How did my balancing mess up? What else did they do?

(2) they stole my battery and dumped a 9 year old battery in my car

1-2 weeks after I get my car, it doesn't start so I get it jump started, which lasts two days and it needs another jump start. Battery shop via phone recommends a new battery and since the car isn't old, they said the battery is probably under warranty but they'll know once they read the manufacture date on the battery. They tell me the battery is from January 2007. The car in is a 2013 range rover. :confused:I've taken pics of the battery and emailed/texted other shops and they all confirmed the January 2007 manufacture date. The battery shop doesn't even believe a car battery would last 9 years in the same car. I told him I got it serviced a week ago and he says they pulled a quick one on me. Basically charged up a old dead battery, put it in my car, and thought since I'm not in town, it'll be someone else's problem.

(3) paid $800 for service, which wasn't rendered
The TN shop was suppose to do an oil change (which they probably did) and also a bunch of other things like check battery, fill fluids, check tire depth, etc., basically your routine service. So, there really isn't an excuse for having a dead battery a week after service. Also, my wiper fluid is near empty. So I know they didn't check that. The west palm beach dealer always gave me a hand out with everything checked and results (FYI service in 2015 from west palm beach said my battery checked good), but this TN dealer never gave me such hand out. I don't know what (if any) of the $800 service I paid for they actually did.

The battery itself isn't an expensive replacement (maybe $200-$300), but my biggest concern is, well what else did they do to my car? Is my car safe to operate?

The interstate battery shop sent the battery info to corporate, he mentioned they have 11 plants and since west palm and TN is 1000 miles apart, maybe they can find out which plant the battery came from. But as far as he knows, there is no serial number on the battery that would trace it to a specific person/dealership.
