My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Missouri
My husband has an ex-parte filed against him, the other party is his 5 year old daughter. He's had the order against him for 3 years now and it was filed by his ex-wife/mother of the child. He obviously has no visitation or custody rights but I was curious as to what rights he still might have there?
He wants nothing to do with the child but I was just curious as to the legal aspect of it.
Would this be a cause for abandonment on his part also? Or would that be canceled out because it wasn't his "choice" to not be around and because he always pays child support?
