My 10 year old son was violently attacked on the bus By another student and the school hasn't made any consequence for his attacker. The child is much bigger and so my son wasn't even able to defend himself at all .The other child choked him pulled him by his hair while beating his face into the bus window and yanked him in the floor by his arm causing a small sprain in his shoulder .and now my sons afraid to return to school .Can I force the school to make consequences for this other child ?or can I file a juvenile petition ? and if so how much would my child have to be involved by doing so .i just want my son to be and feel safe at school .
