Speeding Tickets: Wa King County Contested Hearing Info

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: WA, King County, Issaquah courthouse

I am preparing my defense in a contested hearing in the Issaquah courthouse. I have read the thread titled "Procedural Guide to Traffic Tickets in Washington State", but am confused as to the timing of some of the motions. My questions are:

1. From the hearing notice I received, I don't believe this courthouse will have a pre-trial hearing -- the paper I received is titled "Notice of Hearing" -- nothing about "pre-trial". So, when do I file the motions for Discovery, Motion to Dismiss, and Motion for a Speedy Trial? Would that be 14 days before the hearing date in the notice, or once at the courthouse for the hearing (but before seeing the judge), or in the courtroom during the hearing? Is there a different time frame for each of these motions/requests?

2. I see the form for "Request for Discovery", are there similar forms for other motions like Motion for dismissal or Motion for a speedy trial? Or are these just verbal requests once in the courtroom during the hearing?

3. The date for the hearing on the "Notice of Hearing" is more than 45 days from the date of the infraction (ticket). Is that enough to move to dismiss?

Thanks.
