My question involves a child custody case from the State of: georgia. I am a stay at home mom who is about to get a divorce and I am worried about what rights my in-laws would have to get visitation with my child (even of supervised by his father) because I am worried that he could be in danger around them. My in-laws have custody of my step daughter who threatens to kill herself, to cut herself, and much much more. She is in therapy but I am concerned that they may intentionally do something to harm my child. I have proof of all of this to show a judge of need be.
