My question involves a child custody case from the State of: pa my sons fathers moved to FL about 6 months again now wants to take him for two weeks last min even after asking him after I found out 4 after he left to redo the agreement between us to avoid lawyer fees etc. he declined now he has made plans bought plane tickets etc even after I said no. Also he new wife talks to my son very neg (cursing included) I don't want him to go the trust of his father is not there and when he lived 20 mins from him it was the greatest but at least if my son wanted to come home I could get him. The agreement states open visitation only when my son wants to go. He wants to go only cause if not he won't have a dad what do I do I'm worried beyond anything
