Custody and Visitation Issues: 2 Kids in House and Wife Smokes Weed - Currently Separated

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Connecticut

My wife and I are currently separated. Long story to this. I had the door locks changed and was arrested under the account of criminal lockout in the 3rd and disorderly conduct because I was trying to talk to her about the children. It was a long story. But, I am currently separated from my wife. But, she has not allowed me to see my child and has stated she will not allow me to see my child. But, the situation is that she allowed her boyfriend to move into my place, who also smokes marijuana. And she also smokes marijuana. I have not smoked marijuana and will pop clean on a drug test. Since she is not using the best interest of the child. Can these two items be held against her in court and what do I need to do to actually get 50/50 custody? Because this whole situation is nonsense and I am tired of her doing this kind of stuff to me.
