Traffic School: Can't Request Traffic School

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

I got a ticket for driving on a bus lane. I went to the court and the lady told me that it will probably add a point to my driving record. And she was surprised that there's no option to "Request Traffic School" with that violation. She said it is happening second time during that day. Then she went to talk with her supervisor, came back and said that she's sorry but this is something that will mandatory add a point to driving record and there's nothing to do about it. I didn't pay the fee at that time. My due date is 4/12/18 and first I wanted to be sure that I am really not able to get traffic school. I've checked their online system with my DL at home.
Under "Your ticket qualifies for the following online transaction(s)."
there's no "Request Traffic School" option.

And it says:

Ineligible transaction(s):
Request Traffic School

Is there anyone here with same type of experience?
Is this really a final decision and there's no way to request traffic school and avoid getting a point to the driving record?
