My question involves defamation in the state of: NYS.
At present moment I am being harassed via phone messages and slandered, defamed and committed libel against. The person in question appears to be a vexatious litigant creating lawsuits to make herself appear to be a victim while working on attaining immigration status. Long story short, person is working mental illness angel to commit immigration fraud while potentially receiving WASU services, government benefits and entitlement services while defrauding the gov't and the taxpayers. Unfortunately this has been going on for about a year and a half. Attempted to assist this person by presenting shelter and safety, while she was attempting to force her hand on me to involve myself further as she is quite litigious. In attempts to disengage person created quite a backstory to get me entangled in nonsense. How do I have her held accountable for all manner of fraud she is engaging in in a court ot law?
