My question involves court procedures for the state of: Georgia
So my husband and I purchased a property. We verbally agreed to separately purchase a tractor, and other items as a package deal from the seller. We paid part of the agreed upon amount to the seller, then seller took most of the items that were part of the deal leaving us only the tractor. We said we are Not paying the remaining amount as seller took the other items. Seller says deal was for tractor only and is now trying to sue us. There is no written contract.
