Neighbor's Security Camera Watching My House

My question involves civil rights in the State of: WI

I honestly couldn't find a more suitable forum to post this in, but if a mod knows of a better one, feel free to move it.

I've owned and lived in my house for 19 years, and my neighbors are renters who just moved in last November. The houses are only about 6 feet apart, and I just noticed that they have a security camera on their back porch aimed directly at my house--specifically at my kitchen window. I've also noticed that whenever I go outside to do anything, one of the people there comes out after I go back inside and then stares at my house for several minutes. One time, a kid threw a snowball at my window right after I went back inside. Another time, I went outside right after I saw them all get in their car and leave. Only 2 minutes later, they pulled back into their driveway as I was going back inside. They exited their driveway and left a few minutes later. I take it that their camera is motion controlled and sends them alerts when it detects motion.

Anyway, I've heard that it's actually illegal to point a camera at someone else's property like this, but it's dependent on the particular state. I'm in Wisconsin. I have assumed up to this point that their camera is legal since it's on their own property. But is that really the case?
