My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Washington. My son was visiting his dad 3 weeks ago and witnessed his step mom punching his dad and saying she was going to kill him. It took me 5 hours to get him home. He is wetting the bed, having night terrors and dreams of his step mom killing Him as well as me and his dad. I put him in counseling immediately. We have a parenting plan and I don't wants to keep him from his dad, but he is terrified to see his step mom. What are my rights as the custodial parent with regards to forcing my son to see her, which is what his dad is insisting on. Help!
