My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: GA
I am not sure if GA recognizes land trusts??? I plan on speaking with an attorney. My question is the difference between the two: Is a land trust the same thing as revocable trust on a piece of property, It can just be structured a land trust when dealing with a piece of property only? Thanks
