I am planning on buying an acre of land in the Adirondack Park with my partner of five years. We already have a 50/50 partnership LLC. The LLC was started to be able to run outdoor centric classes. Should we buy the land as individuals? Should we buy it through our LLC? What do we need to know or consider? We are finding real estate super confusing and appreciate clear and beginner-friendly answers.
