My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Oregon
I am the only son of my father whom died with a will naming his friend ("DH") as Personal Representative ("PR") of his estate (at the time was not an issue). In the will Im named as Beneficiary of all personal Property and also the same in the residua clause portion too, along with the remains of Life insurance paid to the Estate per policy and will. I live in Oklahoma at time of death so the PR arranged funeral/cremation of my father after passing. PR informed me "No need to fly up he would handle things as PR like filing Probate and holding onto my Father until it was time to distribute the assets and close estate. Probate closed seemingly normal until I flew up as discussed to find and hear The PR scat erred my fathers remains in the woods months before i came to Oregon. and Most 90% of Assets are gone along with 75% of money without a single claim filed against the Estate in the probate case probate. Where do i start as far as Actions to take against This Evil PR?
