My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TN
My ex wife has turned my 14 yr old son against me. I am supposed to see him every other weekend, but he has told me he doesn't want to see me, essentially disowning me. This is in retaliation for me disciplining my son in the past and setting many more rules at the house that his mother does not have. His mother is behind the alienation and acts like I'm a toxic influence to our son, but it's completely untrue. I now regret setting so many rules and disciplining him since anything I do will be used against me. I want to see my son this weekend according to the parenting plan that legally gives me the right, but I can't get either him his mother to agree to that. What can I do?
