Warranties: Sold Vehicle with Warranty and Inspected - It Should Not Have Been

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: NH

I purchased a vehicle with a 3,000 mile warranty and a "valid" sticker. After driving the car for 500 approximate miles the service engine soon light came back on and prior to that we had a leak from power steering or transmission we weren't sure which one. We were also having issues with the 4 wheel drive. We called the dealer and told them the issues that we were having and they said to bring it back and they would look at it. I created a list of the issues that we were experiencing: thunking in front end, service engine soon, brakes squeal tab in the back going off, red leak under the vehicle.
They went through it and only addressed one issue stating that they needed to order a part and that it would be covered by the warranty. However did not address any other issues at all.
I wasn't feeling comfortable based on the interaction so i took my car to a reputable dealership. They found the following issues:
Car should not have even passed inspection as the brakes were no good down to the calipers in the rear, the parking brake was broken and not even connected. the transmission line was rusted and previously fixed with a rubber hose and the front end needed some work. Basically the mechanic said the car should not have been inspected and there was no way that me driving he car 500 miles would have made the brakes bad not to pass. They also called the warranty company to see if any of the work could be covered and the warranty company stated that because the transmission lines were fixed the way they were it pretty much voided the warranty.
Needless to say i called the dealer back and told him that he would be reported for false inspection. HE attempted to fix the transmission issue and did not address any other issues. At this point i feel i was sold a car with a fraudulent warranty and inspection sticker. Is there any recourse where this was sold with a warranty and not AS IS?
