My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Nevada
About a year ago the mother of my children abandoned the kids with me and left the state. She hasn't tried call them or paying support of gifts on holidays. i spoke reported it to the dept. of child safety and they are writing me a letter about the abandonment and said she in lack of better words forfeited her rights due to what she did and leaving with no attempts at support or contact ..... is this true? she also is not allowed on the property where we reside, but i do sometime have fears while I'm a working that she would try to take my two children while i am at work and that something may happen...
