If one advertises a business online, when is email marketing considered spam? I get that it's emails that are both bulk and unsolicited. However, what defines bulk? The unsolicited part makes sense obviously. But would two, three, or four emails be considered bulk, or would it have to be hundreds, thousands, or dozens of them? Also, are there laws regulating cold calling?
