Loan Agreements: What to Do if You Finance a Car With Help from a Friend Who Doesn't Make the Payments

I had a friend help finance a vehicle for me, we have a notary stating the vehicle is mine as long as I make the payments. I was recently contacted by the bank and was told she is 90 days behind and the car is going to be repo. I explained and prove I have made all payments but they said she has not paid them. I want to know what are my rights, if I decide to catch the truck back up can she take the truck? My fear is in 6 months she wants the truck back what can happen. This is in Virginia
