Traffic Lights, Signs and Controls: Issued a Red Light Camera Ticket, but Video Shows That I Stopped

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Delaware (Wilmington)

I receive a Red Light Camera Citation from Wilmington. The pictures show my car 2 views and my license plate (PA out of state).

I remember the day, it was Saturday with low traffic, and I was trying to find the street sign to get back to highway. The left 2 lanes had green light but straight thru (me) was red.

I realized it at the last min and hit the brakes and came to stop over the stop line but not out into cross traffic (of which there was none).
The video clearly shows me coming to intersection and hitting the brakes and stopping.

Do I have a shot in contesting this? Should I? I realize I probably have to go back to DE to fight it.

My concern, is points and record in PA? And affect on insurance?
